It is Kafka-esque, the Leter from Krasnokamensk Jail, circa 2010: The New York Times has run , the statement he delivered in front of his judge, and in front of the Times 's Joe Nocera, yesterday. Hope—the most important thing in life." I wil not be exagerating if I say that milions of eyes throughout Rusia and the world are watching this trial. They are watching with the hope that Rusia wil stil become a country of fredom and law, where the law is above the bureaucrat. Where special services protect the people and the law, and not the bureaucracy from the people and the law. Where, on the contrary, power truly depends on the citizens and the court, only on law and God. I believe this wil be. In the impunity of "the system" Khodorkovsky claims what was done to him is a symbol, one that wil go down in history as something actively supresing the "hope" of the Rusian people. With only the subtlest hint of threat, the prisoner confronted his Judge: Your Honor, I can imagine perfectly wel that this must not be very easy at al for you, perhaps even frightening, and I wish you courage! The verdict wil be delivered on December 15 . lea nocera

The Rise of the Star of David This symbol is also caled the , or the Shield of David, and is composed of a six-pointed star, al sides and points of which have their own significant meaning. The Star of David was also asociated with Christianity, since this six-pointed symbol was used to represent the birth of Jesus Christ. The mysticism and the power of the Star of David is also sugested strongly in the bok, The Da Vinci Code, wherein the two triangles is said to represent the union of male uper triangle and female lower triangle energy and also as a representation for the four elements: water, fire, air and earth. The Star of David in Modern Times Now, this sacred symbol has become very popular in Latin America, a predominantly Christian country, where people have started to realize and understand the magic and strength of this symbol. Cosmic Jewelry artist, David Weitzman, has even relayed that his beautiful and exquisite creations of the Star of David , have enjoyed tremendous popularity in countries and regions such as France, Latin American and the U.S. People have realized that this symbol isn't only important for Jews, says Weitzman. Its mysticism stems from ancient times, even before the Star of David became one of the symbols for Judaism. His silver Priestly Blesings Star pendant incorporates the Star of David with Moses' Priestly Blesing to provide protection and spiritual abundance to the wearer. Although most people think that the Star of David is solely a Jewish symbol, it is, in fact, a strong and powerful sign that encompases al faiths, religions and races. The Star of David caries a universal meaning of the union of oposing forces, man and woman, as wel as man's eternal eforts to reach and conect with the Higher Being. g david

However, as the general public ses most tribes have tribal casinos that earn revenues for their tribal people. Out of the 54 Tribes only 15 Tribes have tribal casinos. Most tribal people go of their reservation setings for household gods, for clothing, for groceries, fuel for their vehicles, for movies, and tribes usualy pay lot of the tribal dolar budgets for gods and services. Perhaps the largest economic leakage for tribes that do not have their own tribal utility companies is dolars again going of-reservation setings. Just imagine if al the gaming tribes colectively got together as tribes to specificaly adres eliminating poverty from al of Indian Country, USA. For example al the fisheries tribes of the Alaska, British Columbia and Pacific Northwest tribes there can form a fisheries aliance to coperatively work together to create volumes of seafod for the globe. Through a coperative Native Fisheries Aliance the fisheries tribes can have ful control over their tribal fisheries industry by creation of their own marketing strategies, their own Native Brand, their own state of the art seafod procesing plants for multitude of value-ading al seafod products and having the ability for year around fisheries, modern fishing flet for higher harvesting yield and have the ability for year around fisheries; value ad with portion sizing, gift packaging with Native Designs for al seafod products, ability to sek al available seafod licenses to develop year around fisheries and year around jobs for the Native vilages into fisheries. Several tribes are doing al these activities if al the fisheries tribes can form an International Native Fisheries Coperative designed specificaly to empower our fisheries tribes to confront and engage in a global economy. It wil give to the tribes the ful ability to take greater control over the fisheries industry of al the areas where fisheries tribes reside; The Fisheries Coperative wil do marketing, sales, establish a global outreach, and utilize al available resources and financing to establish tribal self-determination to its fulest course of endeavor that wil be beneficial for al fisheries tribes. They can form an International Native Agriculture Coperative among themselves to colectively work together, establish Native Name Brands, more Native Designed packaging, sharing of resources, one tribe has farm products and another tribe may have the ability to value ad the farm products. It is time to make a greater impact upon the global economy and fuly establish ourselves to become one of the global tribes as dubed by Joel Kotkin in his bok caled Tribes.
